Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return
it to Wacky Wags.
Free Returns or Exchanges at Wacky Wags Store
Your Wacky Wags store will gladly accept the return of your wackywagsretail.com order within 30 days of the initial shipment date.
Before returning merchandise to Wacky Wags retail store, make a copy of your receipt. Please have your order details handy. If you do not have a receipt, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the listed store price or allowed to exchange the product for something else once Wacky Wags has verified it was a product sold by Wacky Wags.
If you received an incorrect item or are requesting a refund of shipping charges due to a wackywagsretail.com error, please Contact Customer Service. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges can be made at Wacky Wags store location. If exchanging for a different item, you will receive credit for the amount paid as listed on your "Store Receipt."
Orders placed online using your PayPal account may be returned to Wacky Wags store for a refund on your credit card or may be exchanged.
Orders placed on Amazon may be returned to Wacky Wags store for merchandise credit only or may be exchanged.
For returns made after 30 days, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the paid price or allowed to exchange the product for something else. Merchandise must be in original packaging and new condition.
Return by mail
Wackywagsretail.com orders can also be returned by mail within 30 days to Wacky Wags store. A refund for an item will be issued once it has been received.

At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item.
Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account and returned to Wacky Wags store will be applied back to your PayPal account.

Returning prescription food products
Prescription food products can be returned to Wacky Wags store. Please include the original packing slip.
A refund for the returned item will be issued once it has been received.
Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account will be applied back to your PayPal account.
Merchandise credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be emailed to the account owner for returns made after 60 days to our store.
Returning items purchased at our Wacky Wags store
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Wacky Wags store. Items purchased in-store can be returned with a receipt within 30 days for a full refund in the original form of tender.
Returns without a receipt but with valid identification after the 30 days, are eligible for a merchandise credit or an exchange equal to the lowest price at which the returned products were sold. Exclusions to this policy include: grooming tools; filters or pumps; pet medication or vitamins; dog collars and leashes; electronics; and pest control treatments. These products require a valid Wacky Wags receipt for any exchange or merchandise credit.
In store services such as grooming, dog training, daycare, boarding are nonrefundable after the service has been fulfilled.
Regular and sale prices, offers and selection on wackywagsretail.com may vary from those at Wacky Wags store.

Wacky Wags offers FREE in house store pick-up (Chico CA) on orders placed online.
Wacky Wags offers a FREE same day delivery for the city of Chico CA. (some restrictions may apply*) All orders must be received before 12 noon PST for same day delivery Monday through Friday. No Deliveries on Saturday and Sunday. All orders must have a minimum of $35.
Wacky Wags does not deliver outside of Chico CA.
*If Wacky Wags is out of stock we will make the delivery once the product is back in stock. Certain areas of Chico cannot be delivered to, if your in one of these locations you'll be notified by phone or email and the product will be available for in store pick-up.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS or USPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Due to the extreme high costs of shipping Wacky Wags does not ship bulk pet food.
Wacky Wags only ships to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
